Q. How do I print on both sides of the paper?

The option to print double sided is in different places in different programs.  Here is how to print double sided in common programs:

• Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher)
  • Go to print.  Click where it says "Print One Sided" and select the option to print on both sides along the long edge.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox
  • Select print and hit Preferences (IE) or Properties (Firefox)
  • Find the option to print on both sides and select the flip over option
• Google Chrome
  • Select print
  • Check the two-sided option
• Adobe Acrobat
  • Select print
  • Check the "Print on both sides of the paper" option
