We are open to anyone that wants to visit the library! Anyone can come into the library, browse the books or sign in to use the library computer lab.
If interested in checking out books or other materials, you can purchase a Community Card.
Residents of Texas City, La Marque, Dickinson, San Leon, Bacliff, Hitchcock, Santa Fe, Algoa, Arcadia and Alta Loma may purchase a COM Library Community Card at the Cashier in the Administration Building. Once purchased, bring your receipt to the Library Circulation Desk to get your library card.
Cards are $12/year but all expire on August 31st of each year, so are prorated on a monthly basis.
