I apologize for the delay in responding. Our IT department had to investigate this for us.

This is a website from the UK, but the server is in Poland. We have had many attacks on our network originating from there, so websites originating from this country (among others) have been blocked for security reasons.

While this prevents you from accessing the homepage, you go directly to a page from an allowed country such as , using library computers, or campus WiFi. As long as it originates from a server in an unblocked country, then the site will load. It would probably be easiest to use your favorite search engine to find links to particular cities.

If you are a COM student and need to access the homepage for academic purposes, such as a research assignment, IT can make a temporary exception. If this is the case, let us know. Otherwise, you will have to stick to using parts of the site from the U.S. or other unblocked countries.
