Adding or deleting a comment in Microsoft Word is simple.

Steps to add a comment:

  1. Click in the line where you'd like to add a comment.
  2. Go to the "Review" tab on the ribbon menu.
  3. Select "New Comment."

Steps to delete a comment:

  1. Click on the comment you want to delete
  2. Go to the "Review" tab on the ribbon menu
  3. Hit Delete on the menu under "Comments"
  4. If you want to delete all comments, hit the arrow below delete and select "Delete all comments"
