Q. I'm trying to submit an assignment via e-mail, but it isn't working. What is wrong?

Your e-mail is not going through because it contains attachments that are too large.  The PowerPoint file you are trying to attach is too big for your e-mail system.  The PowerPoint contains videos so the easiest way to shrink the file is to re-encode the videos so that they are smaller.  The Windows Media format (.WMV) works well with PowerPoint.  Windows Movie Maker is a free program that will allow you to edit and encode video.
