Q. How do I download an attachment in my COM e-mail account?

Steps to download an attachment sent to a COM e-mail address:

1. Select the e-mail with the attachment from the inbox/sent items box.
2. Find the attachment.  There will be a down arrow to the right of the attachment.  Click on that arrow.
3. Go to download
4. Your browser will either ask you where to save the file or it will download the file automatically to the default download directory.
