We have a couple of good databases for that. If you are off campus you will need to login with your COM account once per session:

  • Opposing Viewpoints has academic journal articles, viewpoint articles that take a pro or con side of the issue, news, stats, and more.
  • Issues & Controversies has lots fo articles on controversial topics and each has a pro and con section.

That should give you plenty of articles from which to choose. Access the databases from our Controversial Issues page using the link below.
