Hi 

You have contacted a community college library in Texas, so I won't be able to provide good tech support for you.

I did do a quick online search, ,and found a few suggestions. Apparently it's been a common problem for years.

 If they don't work, then I would try installing the Mozilla Firefox browser and seeing if your mailbox works properly then. Yahoo and Firefox are partners, and apparently they try to force you to use Firefox as a browser.

The first link is to a Yahoo! users forum which discusses the issue. The Best Answer, immediately under the question, has a few links for suggested fixes, including switching to the Yahoo! Classic View, which is less buggy.

The 2nd link is from Yahoo! Support, and has some trouble shooting tips.

The 3rd link is to Yahoo! Support Contact information. They will be the ones to contact if none of the above fixes work for you. Good luck.
