You will basically use the format for citing a non-periodical webpage, with the following exceptions:
The title of the blog isn't italicized.
Include the format type in brackets.
Written blog: [Web log comment].
Video blog: [Video file]
If the author's real name (only his/her screen name) is available, use the screen name.
If no author name is available, start the citation with the blog title.
Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of document. [Web log comment]. Retrieved from http://Web address
