Q. How do I print a file?

In most programs you can print a file in a couple of steps. Here's how:

1. Go to File> Print.
2. A window will pop up giving you the chance to choose how many pages to print, which printer to choose, and so on. If you want to print the entire document to the default printer, hit print again and and you're done!
3. If you want to print out part of the document, look under Settings>Print All Pages>. You can type in specific pages by using page numbers (example: 2) or a range (example: 2-6).
