It can be hard to come up with topics sometimes, happens to all of us.
Choosing Topics page of the Research Tutorial (see link below) has sources that list topics for persuasive, current events, social issues and literature papers. These sources not only list the topics, they have the articles right there, saving you time!
You can also get some good general advice on choosing topics for your papers.
