Due to licensing restrictions, eBooks can't be loaned like most print books. The best thing for you to do is request it through Interlibrary loan from your library. They should be able to get the print version for you and they might be able to find it at a closer library that has it as an eBook, but you would probably be limited to using the eBook version at the library that has access to it. It looks like the closest library to you, may be the Collin County Community District.
