Hello!

First, you need to go to the COM LibGuides webpage at: http://libguides.com.edu/. Next, find the section on the left that is titled "Guides" and click on the LibGuide "Databases." When you are in that LibGuide, find the tab titled "Social Sciences" and go there. This will give you many searching options to use for your topic. For an article, I would advise using one of the EBSCO databases listed. You will probably want to use the "Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection" or the general "Academic Search Complete" for this search.

For my example, I will use the "Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection" link listed in the middle. Click on that link and it will bring up a search box. Type in (with the quotations around it) "Emotional and Behavioral Disorders" and hit search. This came up with 2,361 results. To narrow this down, click on the limiters to the left. For example, in your search, you expressed interest in finding peer reviewed articles, so I would click that option. I am also going to click the "full-text" option (so that you can have access online) and limit my years to 2005 and beyond (so that the articles are more current) . However, that still brings us to 1,189 results listed. So, go down further on the left hand side and further limit using the options you have based on what you are looking for. After that, you should have plenty of choices for a peer reviewed article on Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.
