Go to the databases guide link below.  The databases are in alphabetical order.

Click on the EBSCO: Academic Search Complete link.

Once you are in the database, type Alzheimer's disease and hit search. You will get over 90,000 results, so the first job is to narrow that down.
 
On the left you will see limiters. First, select for Full Text Only. Also select the two other options to get scholarly journals.
Also, you will probably want to change the publication date to something more recent (5-10 years old).  Then hit update.
 
Below that, put a check next to Academic Journals in the Source Types section and then below that you will see Subject Thesaurus Terms. Click that link, then Show More to the bottom left.
 
You will see all the subject terms for your results. Put a check next to all that apply.
