To find articles, follow the link below to our Databases guide.  Select the Nursing tab to view the best databases to search for this topic.  A good one to start with is EBSCO : All Health, Nursing, & Medical Databases, which will search all four of the listed EBSCO databases at the same time.

In the database, if you search for DE "DIABETES -- Treatment" you will retrieve many articles on the subject.  After the seach, you can limit to scholarly articles by clicking on Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.  You can also use the other limiters on the left to further narrow down the search (full-text, publication date, subject: thesaurus term, etc.).

One of the EBSCO nursing databases, CINAHL, processes searches differently and articles from it may not be retrieved through this search.  You can search for articles in CINAHL about diabetes treatment by searching for (MH "Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2/TH") OR (MH "Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1/TH")

In Gale: Health Reference Center Academic, click on Subject and then search for diabetes therapy.  Select Peer Reviewed after the search to limit to scholarly articles.
