I found several articles in CINAHL. First, search dialysis AND "registered nurses." (The AND makes a boolean search, meaning you will find articles that discuss both).

Use the limiters on the left for full text, publication date, and if necessary, headings.

For LVN, run a search on dialysis AND "practical nurses", and limit those results by full text and by publication date.
