In Academic Search Complete, I searched the keywords: bipolar disorder head injuries therapy

I then limited by:  Full text, Peer reviewed and a date range of 2008-2019. Check with your instructor on how current he/she wants your resources to be.

You can also limit your results by subject.  For the search I did, the Subject Thesaurus terms suggested included Psychotherapy and Quality of life.

One of the Subjects suggested was: Training of.

You can also search by the subjects of the most appropriate articles you find.

And mix it up, try other similar words, maybe add life skills to that list of keywords, or use it to replace the broader term: therapy.
