To find articles, go to the Databases LibGuide linked below. Once there, click the Hot Topics tab.

All the databases listed in the top box are good for this type of research. I started with Gale: Opposing Viewpoints, and had the best luck searching drug testing.

In Facts on File, I had luck searching drug testing as well.

In EBSCO, search "drug testing" AND welfare. Once you have your results, use the limiters on the left for full text, subject, etc.
