When citing a single chapter in a book, use this format:

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year of publication). Title of chapter. In A. Editor & B. Editor (Eds.), Title of book (pages of chapter). Location: Publisher.

Example:

Mander, J. (2000). The democracy of redistricting. In A. Dow (Ed.), Electoral Issues (2 ed.). Washington, D.C.: District Press.
