Most of the databases available through the library contain articles from academic journals.  To view the databases available, follow the link below to our databases guide, which arranges the library databases A through Z.  Select the topic from the subject drop down menu for the subject you wish to do research on, and then select a database from the list to search.  Most databases have filters on the screen that will let you select articles as a source type.  Many of these articles will be from academic journals.  If you need scholarly articles, select the scholarly or peer reviewed filter within the database.  This will give you a results list that are from scholarly journals only.
