For articles, go to databases and select the Education page. Click on the link for the Teacher Reference Center database. Search this: English as a second language AND learning disability. Use the limiters on the left for full text, and if you want, publication date and subject. I seemed to have more luck with this phrase than English Language Acquisition, but you may want to try that as well.

For books, go to the One Search link below and search su:English language Study and teaching Foreign speakers. I found two eBooks in particular that look like they might be relevant, and they are linked below. There may be others. To access them, click on the title link in the catalog, then click the link that says eBook-click here to access.

I also searched EBSCO eBooks, linked below for the phrase  "FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDY / English as a Second Language". At least one book (linked below) has a chapter on ESL students with learning disabilities, but there may be others.

From the result list, to access a book, click on the title link to get to the detailed record. From there, you can scroll down to see the table of contents, and can click on a chapter link. You can access the full text from the link on the left. Once in the book, you can search for a word. Click on the magnifying glass icon, and type disabilit* (this is a truncated search) into the search bar that appears.
