First Highlight the area of text in the document that you would like to change.

Then, on the Home tab there is a tool called Line and Paragraph spacing. Click the down arrow on this tool and select the desired spacing and this will change the spacing only on the highlighted text.

If you want all of the document spaced the same way, move your cursor to the next line and do the steps above once more so that the rest of you document will have the same spacing.
