It depends where you found the recipe.

Since you found the recipe in a magazine, you could follow the rules for citing articles found in periodicals.  Per Purdue OWL's website, you would cite as below:

Article in Magazine:

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year). Title of article. Title of Periodical, volume number(issue number), pages. https://doi.org/xx.xxx/yyyy

An example:

Peterzell, J. (1990, April). Better late than never. Time, 135(17), 20–21.
