Your are right, there is not much!

  • Books
You do have one book that discusses Madoz, Blink: 100 photographers, 010 curators, 010 writers (see link for more info on book, below). There are many more books available from other libareis that we could get for you on Interlibrary loan, but that does take time as the books come via mail, or you could get a TexShare card to use at a nearby public or other college library. You can find out more about that from the Find & Get Items From Other Libraries guide (link below). You can do the same for articles.
  • Articles from databases
There were very few articles about Madoz in our databases, as well. In fact, none were sufficient for your paper.
  • Articles from Google Scholar
When you can't find articles in our databases (which is very rare), try Google Scholar. This searches scholarly sources only that are appropriate for college level research. Search using quotes around his name, "Chema Madoz". You'll find the majority of the results are Spanish language publications or sources that you can't get full text online like books or citations to articles. I was able to find a few that worked.

    Here are some tips:
    • You can restrict to English only results using the link at the top of the results list. Or you can use Google Translate to translate articles for you (link below).
    • If you see PDF out to the right side of the result list, that is a full text article. Click on it to access.
