When in an EBSCO database, open up the record for the article.  Inside the record, click on the 'E-mail' option on the right side of the screen.  Type your e-mail address in the 'E-mail to' box and click send to have the full article sent to your e-mail account.

If you want the e-mail to include an MLA citation that you can copy and paste into your works cited page, select MLA under the citation format and 'Brief Citation' under the citation format.  Selecting 'Detailed citation and abstract' will send you the citation information, but it will not be formatted for MLA and you would have to format it yourself.
