The links you saved were not the permanent links, so they were only good for a very short amount of time.

Use the title and/or authors of the articles to relocate them. To do so, go to databases and click on the Health Medical link (see below). Click on the link to EBSCO Medline. Click on Advanced Search. Enter the information into the search field (either title or author), and select the corresponding option from the drop down menu to the right. If you have both pieces of information, repeat that process in the next search field. Hit search.

To find your second article, repeat the same process.

To obtain a permalink, once you retrieve the desired article, look at the tools on your right. Click on permalink, and it will appear at the top of the page. Simply copy and paste into your document.
