This is a tough one, definitely.

First go to our Databases LibGuide, below, and select the Health and Nursing tab.

Select the EBSCO: All Medical Databases link and search for titanium and dentures. I had the best luck with this search. Limit to full text on the left. There are other limiters available for your use.

Try PubMed, which is linked in the Health & Nursing tab. Try the same search.

You can use Google Scholar, but many of the results are not available full text in our library. We can get those interlibrary loan, or you can see about visiting UTMB or UH if they will let you conduct research on premisis.
