Check the Library's guide on Citations (see link below)  Of special interest would be the pages:  Cite Print and the Formatting tips.
On the formatting page, there is also a link to Purdue's Owl. There is a lot of info available on that cite.

We have had a similar question in the past (link below) It was not specifically on print sources, but you might be able to use the guidelines for the Web citation, and modify for the print resource.

You might be able to treat the recipe name as though it is the title of the article.  I recommend you check that with your instructor before turning in the paper.
