Q. Can you show me how to create a template using Microsoft Word?

Yes. When you open Microsoft Word 2010,select the File page, then select New from the list. Once you have  selected new the Available Templates is displayed. Depending on what you are creating you will choose from one of the already created templates and add your information to it.
