Yes! COM Library welcomes community users. Community users are free to come in and use any resource in the library.

If you'd like to check out books or access our online resources from home, you'll need to get a COM library card. Purchase your COM Library card at the Cashier's Window on the ground floor of the Administration building  (building #2). Once purchased, bring your receipt to the Library Circulation Desk to get your library card.

The card is available to resident's of Dickinson, Hitchcock, LaMarque, Santa Fe and Texas City (these cities comprise COM's tax base). Find out more about COM Library using the link, below.
