When One Search refers to the book format, they do so either as print or eBook. The term print means that the library in question has the title in print format. That means to access the book, you would have to go to the library and check out the hard copy.

According to Fair Use and Copyright, printing or copying an entire book is not allowed, regardless of format. You can often print or copy limited sections of the book for various non-commercial purposes (such as education), but reproducing an entire work is generally not allowed.

I've linked to the Copyright and Fair Use section in our Information Ethics guide. It links to resources with more detailed information on the subject. Please note that we are not providing legal advice, rather general information and resources.
