Q. How do I resize a photo?

Microsoft Paint, which comes with Windows, can be used to resize photos.  Here are the steps for resizing an image using Paint:

1. Load Microsoft Paint (It is located under the Accessories menu under the start menu in Windows 7)
2. Click on "Resize" on the Home page
3. Type in the desired size in either a percentage or in pixels
4. Click "OK"
