The library is open to COM faculty, staff, students, and community members of Dickinson, Hitchcock, LaMarque, Santa Fe and Texas City. Patrons with a TexShare card may also use the library. Community members must obtain an ID from the Welcome Center for a cost of $5. Library services are free, except for printing and copying, which are $.5 per page.
