Yes! COM Library welcomes community users. Community users are free to come in and use any resource in the library. If you'd like to check out books or access our online resources from home, you'll need to get a COM card at the gym. The card is available to resident's of Dickinson, Hitchcock, LaMarque, Santa Fe and Texas City (these cities comprise COM's tax base). Find out more about COM Library using the link, below.
