How do I set up an ebook account
If you've downloaded an EBSCO eBook before and viewed it with Adobe Digital Editions, you already have an account. You'll just need to log in.
Go to the EBSCO eBook link below. If you're off campus, when you click the link you'll have to log in with your last name and 7-digit COM ID.
At that point, you'll be able to access your personal EBSCO account. It will be the same username and password for all their databases (Academic Search Complete, MasterFile, etc.).
To access, click the "Sign In" link at the top of the eBook homepage. Enter your username and password. If you've forgotten, select one of the options under the sign-in area to retrieve and/or reset your info.
Remember that because EBSCO requires a subscription, you'll always have to access it through our library's website (or another library that you're a member of). You can't just Google EBSCO eBooks. Once you are in the database, then you can log into your personal account. I know that's a lot of steps.
Once you find a book you want to check-out/download, click on title link to see the detailed record. On the left you'll see options to view the book or download. If you want to check it out, select download. Then you can transfer it to your Nook.
