I'm a high school student. Will you help me find websites about peer pressure for a report?

Answer

Sure. Since you aren't a COM student, I you can't access our databases off campus, because they are only available by logging in with a COM ID.

I can help you locate reputable online sources, though.

Below you will find a link to our Public Journals Online guide. It provides links to reputable news and magazine sources, which will have articles about peer pressure.

It also tells you how to use Google Scholar to locate free, academic articles.

Peer pressure is a broad subject, so after you look around, a bit, try to narrow it down once you find an angle that interests you. Some questions to consider: peer pressure among what group?; what specific action are people being pressured to engage in? ; what are the effects of this, either on individuals, or a larger group (school, family, society).

If you haven't already, also try to access your high school library. It might have online resources for you on it website, designed for assignments like this. Try googling your school name, and then looking for the library link.
