I am unable to print my documents in Blackboard, it keeps asking for a username and password.

Answer

When printing documents in Blackboard using Internet Explorer it asks for the username and password to log in to Blackboard and also when you want to print. This username and password would be the same credentials that you used to log into Blackboard. It is preferred that when logging into Blackboard that you use the web browser Firefox. When you use Firefox to access Blackboard the issue of having to authenticate your credentials to print is not an issue.
