I need to create a Query in Excel that has only Y in the special orders column.

Answer

When creating a Query in Excel that specifies that only items that contain a certain criteria be displayed. You have to go into Design View and enter the "Y" in the criteria row of the item and then run the Query. Only items that have the criteria you specified will show up in the Query.
