I am looking for scholarly articles on HR benefits and compensation?

No problem, we can help.

Your best bet for scholarly articles will be the EBSCO business databases. You can search them all simultaneously from the Business, Industry & Vocational page of Databases by Subject (link below). Here's how:

  1. Once on the Business, Industry & Vocational page, select All EBSCO Business & Industry Databases
  2. Type in employee benefits and compensation (changing HR to employee will get you more relevant articles).
  3. On your result list, look in the left hand column under Limit to and select Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals. You may also want to limit to Full Text.
  4. Now you just have to pick and choose the best articles. You can save time by using options under Subject or Subject: Thesaurus term
