David Hodges, U.S. Firm Flexes Its Muscles Over CA Testing
It happens to the best of us!
I am happy to try to help you. I searched our EBSCO databases to see if I could find anything like the title you included, or the author David Hodges. I didn't get any hits.
I also searched Google Scholar because it will mention if a title is included in a citation. I neither found the article title you included as a citation or its own publication. Perhaps you didn't give me the exact title or author name? Anything else you can remember would be helpful as well.
I am also wondering, since you mention the word dissertation, if you are a student at another school. You contacted the College of the Mainland Library in Texas City, TX. If you don't have any affiliation with us, you should try your university library. Chances are we don't have a subscription to the database where you found the article since we are not a research institution. Also, if I found it in one of our databases, you would still have to access it through your library. All the databases require that you log in through your member institution's website.
