Prose plays follow the rules for citing common literature.  For these citations, give the page number first, followed by a semicolon, and then provide other identifying information such as acts or scenes.

For example, this is how you would cite a line from scene seven of The Glass Menagerie that is found on page 217 of the book being cited:

The character of Jim from The Glass Menagerie reveals his optimisim about human nature when he states "People are not so dreadful when you know them.  That's what you have to remember!" (217; sc. 7).
