Where can I find resources that discuss the nature of good and evil?

There are books, ebooks, and articles available about this topic.

For books and ebooks, follow the link below to our library catalog WorldCat to start your search.  You can search for su:Good and evil to bring up books that specifically have good and evil assigned as a subject.  You also can do searches for more generalized books about philosophy, ethics, or morality, since they will usually also devote some discussion to the nature of good and evil.

For articles, the best databases to try are those from our social science collection, which you can view from the list below.  The Ebsco Religion & Philosohy collection is a good place to start.  In that database, you can retrieve all articles specifically about the nature of good and evil by searching for DE "GOOD & evil".  As with books, you also can try for more generalized articles about philosophy, ethics, morality, or a combination of different concepts (ex. good evil morality).
