I need an article on how dangerous is MRSA in the community.
First, go to the "Databases by Subject" lib guide (a link is provided below).
Then, click on either the "nursing," "EMS," or "Consumer Health" tab located at the top. After that, click on one of the databases provided.
Just for an example, I went through the "EBSCO: Academic Search Complete" database located in the "Consumer Health" subject guide. In the search box, I typed in "MRSA within the community" as my search term. To limit the search results, go to the left of the screen and choose "Full text" only box and since this is a medical related topic, change the range of dates to after 2005 or any year that would be more practical for research. This search yielded 67 results. To further limit the results, I suggest choosing a Subject Thesaurus term limiter on the far left to help narrow the articles further. A couple possible choices would be "communicable diseases" or "public health."
After that, I suggest browsing the titles and abstracts they give you on your results list. A how-to lib guide for EBSCO and the databases by subject lib guide are linked below. Let me know if you have any other questions.
