Go to the Databases by Subject LibGuide below and select the Hot Topics tab. From there, click on the link to Gale: Opposing Viewpoints. 
Search public schools. You'll get a result list with different types of sources. Click to see the Viewpoints. From there, use the limiters on the left to narrow down your topic. There are several topics that involve school financing.
From the same Hot Topics page, choose the link to EBSCO: Academic Search Complete. Search "TEACHERS -- Supply & demand"
Also, go to the link below. It's the occupational outlook from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
