I am confused about the library logins. When I go to LibGuides and click on Admin Sign In, it won't take my email.
The Admin Sign In is not a sign in you can use to get to any library resources; all our LibGuide content is freely available on the Internet. The places where you do have to sign in are all related to library databases:
- EZPRoxy Login for Databases
When you are off campus, the EZProxy login page comes up automatically when you click on a database from COM Library pages. You must login with your COM ID number and last name so the databases knowthat you are a COM student and have access.
- Personal Login for Specific Databases
The other time you might need to login in is into a personal account associated with a specific database. This is not necessary to use any of our databases except for Learning Express Library. For all others, the EZproxy login is sufficient unless you want to take advantage of the personalized features our databases have to offer.
