COM Library does not have any books by this author. However, you can use COM Library's book catalog to find other libraries that carry his works. Follow the link below to our library catalog, WorldCat. Do a search for au:cooper, milton william and select Libraries Worldwide from the drop down menu. Then select a book from the list of search results. In the book's item record, click on Worldwide libraries that own this item to view nearby libraries that have the book. If nearby libraries carry a book you want, COM Library may be able to acquire it through Interlibrary Loan. You may also be able to get the book by acquiring a TexShare card from COM Library and then going to the other library to check it out yourself.
