Is there an APA template program that comes with a phone number for live support?

I saw one a few days ago, but didn't make note of the web address--it advertised that you could pay a couple dollars more a month and go to the head of the line when you call for help.

There are several APA template software programs available that assist both with formatting the overall paper and also with citations and references. However, I did not see one that offers additional assistance for a fee. It looked like they all provided support, though.

I have never used one of these programs, so I cannot personally recommend one. However, I did find some that seem to be considered good products. You will just need to see which one fits your needs best (operating system, features, cost, etc.).

Below are a few links. The first is a list of software programs mentioned by another university library. The next link is for another reputable software company. I also included links to free APA templates provided by other colleges. These only assist with formatting, not with citation or references. However, you may find them useful.

The last link is to our APA Style Guide. Under the Cite the EZ Way tab, there are links to citation generators. Please note that whether you use a software program, template, etc., you will be responsible for ensuring the formatting is correct.
