Answer

The short answer is maybe. Textbooks are placed on Reserve in the library by instructors. The length of time for which they can be checked out or if they will be library use only is up to your instructor. These books are listed in our Reserves LibGuide (link below), COMCat, or ask at the circulation desk.

To search COMCat for reserves, choose the Course Reserve tab. Use the drop down menu to get a list of books by course or department.
