Do you have any books or articles on ancient Greek food? I'd like to find recipes, as well.

Answer

Go to the WorldCat link below and search ancient greek cooking and also search ancient greek food. You will find eBooks.

To access, click on the title link. Once in the detailed record, click the link that says eBook, click here to access.

If you are off campus, you will have to enter your COM ID and last name.

For articles, go the Databases by Subject LibGuide and select the History tab. I chose the EBSCO: All History Databases tab. I searched Ancient Greek AND cooking and got good results, including recipes.
