Where can I find some books or articles about the Dream Act?
Answer
To find articles on this topic, follow the link below to our list of databases devoted to current events and controversial topics. Gale: Opposing Viewpoints has a topic page on the Dream Act that you can find with a basic keyword search.
The Ebsco databases Academic Search Complete and MasterFile Premier both have articles on this subject. Enter a database (you can search both at once by selecting Choose Databases) from above the search bar and search for "dream act" (include the quotes). From there you can reduce the search through the options on the left (full text, publication date, subject: thesaurus term, etc.)
COM Library does not have any print books about the Dream Act, but there are a few eBooks that discuss it. Follow the link below to our eBook collection and search for "dream act" (again, include the quotes). If you find a book that looks of interest, click on it and then select eBook Full Text. Once the full-text is open, you can search the text through the Find option on the top right for dream act.

All these question are answered by real COM Library staff, so we can only answer if we're open.
